We operate a high-volume, performance-driven private aviation sales platform offering ad hoc charter, membership programs, and jet card solutions across all major aircraft categories. 

The Opportunity

We’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals to join Surf On Demand as Independent Charter Brokers.

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position — ideal for experienced brokers, aviation sales professionals, or motivated entrepreneurs ready to leverage our global brand, SurfOS software platform, and 24/7 support infrastructure to build and grow their own business. 

As an Independent Charter Broker, you’ll have complete freedom over your client relationships, schedule, and business development strategy — while enjoying the power and reach of one of the most recognized names in private aviation.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of private jet clients and corporate accounts.

• Structure and close high-value charter and membership deals across all aircraft classes.

• Deliver a premium, white-glove experience for clients from inquiry to touchdown.

• Leverage Surf On Demand’s SurfOS platform for quoting, trip management, and CRM tracking.

• Collaborate with our internal 24/7 operations team to ensure flawless execution.

• Represent the Surf On Demand and Surf Air brands professionally at FBOs, events, and in client meetings.

Who You Are

• Experienced in private aviation, luxury travel, or high-ticket sales.

• Established client book or strong network within private aviation preferred.

• Skilled at consultative selling, relationship building, and closing complex deals.

• Entrepreneurial mindset - self-motivated, organized, and proactive.

• Familiar with aviation platforms such as Avinode
