Job Details: Job Location: Store 558 - Columbia, SC, Salary Range: $10.00 - $13.00Hourly, In-Shop Team Member — Columbia, SC

Base pay of $10.00–$13.00/hr, plus tips. Our Columbia Team Members earned an average of $4.47 per hour in tips over the past six months, in addition to their base pay. Flexible scheduling. Free meals on every shift.

No experience needed because we'll train you. If you're friendly, quick on your feet, and like a fast pace, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do
You're the face of the shop - greeting customers, taking orders, and making fast, accurate sandwiches (we're known for 30 seconds or less). Between orders you'll keep the place clean and running smoothly.

Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone
Make sandwiches to recipe, quickly and accurately
Run the register and handle payments accurately
Keep tables, floors, stations, and restrooms clean
Complete shift checklists honestly and completely

Qualifications: What you need

18 or older
Able to communicate clearly with customers in English (in-person and phone orders)
Comfortable on your feet all shift including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
