We are seeking an Overnight Server to join our In-Room Dining team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five Star resort. 

Role Summary:

The Overnight Server for In-Room Dining (IRD) will be responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the maintenance, organization and cleanliness of the IRD area and equipment. 

We have a Part-Time position available.   

This role is an Overnight position.  All candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays.

(Open and flexible availability preferred) 

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Two years' experience as an In-Room Dining Server preferred.
• Food Handling certification.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, leaders and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to understand guests' service needs.
• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guest rooms within any given period.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain good coordination while serving hot orders quickly.
• Ability to exert physical effort in transporting hot boxes, trays and tables from service areas to guest rooms.
• Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work cohesively with hoteliers as part of a team.
