Requirements

What would I be doing as an In-Home Therapy clinician? You would be assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals experiencing a spectrum of psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This is achieved by utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client. IHT Clinicians act as the team lead to create a treatment plan, provide family therapy, conduct safety planning, and coordinate other services as needed. 

What do I need to bring to the position?

• Master's degree (license eligible) in the human services field 
• Ability to mindfully educate others on diagnoses and receive buy-in on treatment goals
• Experience collaborating with multiple team members to achieve a common goal
• Excellent written and verbal skills that foster clear, respectful, and empathetic communication
• Cultural humility that allows you to work effectively with individuals of various backgrounds 
• Knowledge of diagnoses, community resources, parent education, and child/family-serving systems (preferred, but not required)
