We're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team! As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. No two days are exactly the same, and every day gives you the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life.

Experience is great, but we also welcome caring individuals who are willing to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and conversation
  • Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare simple meals and snacks
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Help with mobility and transfers as needed
  • Run errands and grocery shop when required
  • Accompany clients to appointments or community outings
  • Keep accurate visit notes
  • Follow each client's individualized care plan
  • Treat every client with dignity, respect, and compassion

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Dependable, caring, and professional
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Previous care giving, healthcare, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training.
