Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 25 lbs.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work with clients within 15 miles of your home
• Ability to work at least 18 hours per week
• Availability to work at least one weekend day
• Ability to obtain your HCAC certification if not already certified

Job Expectations
As a Care Professional, you'll help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes by:

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
• Preparing nutritious meals
• Helping with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting mobility and maintaining a safe environment
• Providing medication reminders
• Driving clients to appointments, errands, and activities
• Supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's and dementia
• Partnering with families and care teams to provide compassionate, person-centered care
• Offering comfort and support during hospice and end-of-life care
