Implementation Consultant

About the role
Intapp Properties is the system of record for real estate teams managing land acquisition, development, and asset workflows. As an Implementation Consultant, you own the client onboarding journey from kickoff through go-live — building the relationship, configuring the platform, and turning each client’s bespoke real estate processes into a working system they trust. This role sits at the intersection of consulting, product expertise, and real estate domain knowledge. You’ll be the client’s primary guide and advocate, and the person accountable for a successful, on-time launch.

What you’ll do

• Manage the overall client onboarding journey — plan and run kickoff, discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live, keeping stakeholders aligned on scope and timeline.

• Own and manage the client relationship — serve as the primary point of contact, build trust with executives and end users, and drive adoption well past launch.

• Configure the client’s system of record based on industry best practices — objects, fields, calculations, approval workflows, reporting, and folder structures that reflect how leading real estate firms operate.

• Translate bespoke real estate processes into the platform — model each client’s unique acquisition, development, and investment workflows in Intapp Properties without losing what makes their process work.

• Lead discovery and requirements sessions to document current-state processes, data sources, and approval chains.

• Coordinate data migration and integrations with client teams and internal engineering.  Deliver training and enablement so client teams are self-sufficient at go-live.

• Feed client insight back to product and engineering to shape the roadmap.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years in real estate development / finance, software implementation, solutions consulting, or client onboarding — ideally in commercial real estate, homebuilding, or proptech.

• Working knowledge of real estate workflows: land acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, development budgets, investment committee approvals, or asset management.

• Experience configuring SaaS platforms (CRM, deal management, or project management systems); comfort with structured data, formulas, or light scripting is a plus.

• Strong project management instincts — you keep multiple onboardings moving and flag risk early.

• Clear, confident communication with audiences from analysts to executives.

• A consultative mindset: you ask why before you build, and you push back with best practices when a request would create long-term pain.

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
