What You'll Do:

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through onboarding, implementation, and system optimization initiatives that help them successfully adopt and utilize Jackrabbit. This role partners closely with clients to understand their business operations, recommend effective workflows, and support successful platform adoption.

You will lead implementation projects, provide consulting and training, and help clients align their business processes with Jackrabbit functionality. This role works closely with Support, Product, Client Success, and other Client Experience teams to deliver a consistent and successful onboarding experience.

Success in this role requires strong consulting skills, project management, problem-solving, client communication, and the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consulting & Solution Design

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes, goals, and operational needs.
• Evaluate client operational practices and independently develop implementation strategies and workflow recommendations based on each client's unique business objectives, operational complexity, and long-term growth plans.
• Identify risks and opportunities that may impact implementation success.
• Guide clients toward scalable and efficient solutions that support long-term adoption.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.

Implementation Delivery & Project Management

• Lead implementation engagements from onboarding through launch and transition.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Coordinate implementation activities and ensure clients remain on track throughout the onboarding journey.
• Monitor implementation progress and proactively address risks or challenges.
• Support successful transitions to ongoing support and account management teams.

System Optimization & Client Enablement

• Conduct system audits and workflow reviews to improve client outcomes.
• Assist clients with configuration challenges, operational workflows, and system utilization.
• Deliver training, consulting, and guidance that helps clients maximize value from the platform.
• Translate complex functionality into practical recommendations and actionable next steps.
• Provide insights to help clients achieve operational efficiency and business goals.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with Product, Support, Research, Client Success, and other teams to support successful client outcomes.
• Share client feedback, workflow insights, and implementation trends that help improve the client experience.
• Contribute implementation knowledge, best practices, and workflow expertise to support organizational learning and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of implementation resources, standards, and onboarding best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and client adoption outcomes.

What You're About:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, client success, customer onboarding, professional services, or related customer-facing roles.
• Advanced consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and client engagements simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate client needs into practical system solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements, conferences, and business needs.
• Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT) to ensure business continuity and lead implementations for our West Coast clients.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet access.
• US Citizens or Green Card holders with no special circumstances living in the US.

Preferred:

• Experience working within SaaS, software, or technology environments.
• Experience supporting onboarding, implementation, or client adoption initiatives.
• Experience facilitating training, consulting engagements, or workflow discovery sessions.
• Experience working with business systems, operational workflows, or process improvement initiatives.
