How you’ll make an impact:

You’ll collaborate with SiriusXM music programmers to create unforgettable audio including channel IDs, promos, and the ear-catching moments between the songs that elevate the listening experience and give our channels their unique voice.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality audio content that meets business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our content strategy and programming goals, and contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with production and podcast teams to ensure successful execution of audio content programs.
• Configure and test technical production systems for optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain audio imaging studio and on-air monitoring to ensure quality control standards across live and pre-recorded radio productions.
• Own defined imaging and audio production assignments from production through delivery and quality assurance, applying independent judgment within established standards.
• Diagnose and resolve moderately complex audio-production, signal-flow, and media-workflow issues by evaluating multiple technical and creative factors.

What you'll need:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of elated experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in audio and media workflow design, optimization, and automation.
• Experience in technical production, broadcasting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Media Production Software including Pro Tools, Adobe Audition or similar DAW.
• Strong understanding of technical production principles, including video and audio signal flow.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment on defined production assignments and select appropriate technical or creative approaches within established procedures and standards.
• Media Workflow Design and Automation experience.
• Pro Tools / Adobe Audition / DAW experience.
• Audio and Video Signal Flow experience.
• Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the salary for this position to be between $63,000 and $102,000 will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
