Compliance Reporting Co-Op Student

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to learn SAP accounting system and other tools in place for extracting and analyzing data.
• Assists in compiling expense and production data associated with compliance reporting filings and audits.
• Performs special projects as requested by compliance personnel.
• Coordinate, organize, and file structures.
• Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
• Ability to work 20-30 hours a week.

Qualifications:

• No previous accounting or compliance experience required.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver and comfortable working with numbers.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
• Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:

Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Education Requirements:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university or college
