Keystone Custom Homes is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team on-site for the Spring 2027 semester, with the potential for an extension. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, compliance, etc.

Compensation:

$16.50/hour

Schedule & Location:

• 15-30 hours/week
• Flexible, dependent upon school schedule and availability
• On-site at our Lancaster, PA office

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Support the open enrollment process and assist with benefits-related tasks
• Help monitor job openings and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases
• Provide general administrative support and contribute to other HR projects as needed

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Are working toward a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Enjoy working with HR software and databases
• Have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Embody a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Are a go getter and extremely detail oriented
