Human Resources Coordinator (Human Resources) - PT/40

Description

The HR Coordinator will:

• Coordinate events, meeting and activities as directed by the Director of Human Resources.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist with new employee files.
• Coordinate employee offboarding.
• Assist with preparation for employee orientation.
• Perform routine filing, scanning, and achieving records.
• Coordinate office mail and deliveries.
• Assist with and/or prepare correspondence as needed.
• Prepare HR reports, track compliance requirements and assist with audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS systems.
• Paylocity experience (preferred)

 This is an on-site position based in the Human Resources office at Springfield Hospital in Springfield, VT.

Salary Range: The base rate for this position is $24.75 - $27.60 per hour. The hourly range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The rate for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
