Job Description
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruiting operations and finance teams. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining candidate and employee files, helping to reduce employee turnover, evaluating and screening candidates for open positions and providing essential support for payroll processing. You'll be a very important member of our operations team, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient processes.
Requirements
Participate in recruiting team responsibilities by helping to organize and maintain open positions and job order requirements in multiple systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Ensure that all client-specific documentation and details are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
Help build Employee Orientation materials and support materials.
Take charge of marketing campaign execution by managing contact lists, automating campaigns, and generating insightful reports.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency in procurement.
Help improve and increase scheduling of interviews.
Update availability and pipeline lists Screen candidates and help select best available talent
