Primary
Responsibilities:

         Assist
employees with basic questions or direct to appropriate person

         Answer the main
Human Resources phone and direct calls when needed

         Make name
badges for new hires and make replacement name badges and ID cards for employees
as needed.

         Maintain I9
filing

         Make copies of
personnel files when requested

         Pull Personnel,
benefits, workers compensation, and 401-k files for termed
employees

         Filing of all
personnel paperwork

         Employment
verifications

         Collect mail
from the mail room and distribute

         Other duties as
assigned

Normal Working
Hours: (Shift,
days)
• 40 hours
Monday through Friday, Must be flexible to work evenings and weekend if
necessary
 

Past Work Experience
Requirements: (Type of work,
number of years required, equivalent experience, etc.)

• Past administrative assistant experience
required

Educational
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
preferred

Communication Skills Requirements: (Verbal: phone, in-person, group; Written: memos,
documents)
• Must have excellent written and oral skills
• Must
have the ability to compose business letters with emphasis on correct grammar,
punctuation, etc
• Customer service oriented

Ability
to multi task

Technical
Requirements: 
• Typing proficiency of 70+ words per
minute
• Advanced Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power
Point

Required
Supervision:
• Reports to Director of Human Resources

Other
Requirements:
