Hub Retail Associate Part Time

Creative Dining Services at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa is looking for a Retail worker in the Hub.   As the Retail worker, assists the retail dining services operation. Works as partner with the Retail Supervisor and Retail Manager, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.

Core Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Retail Manager, maintains retail sales and service activities
• Maintains an organized system of comprehensive retail record keeping
• Maintains established food presentation standards
• Ensures the servery and retail production area is always safe and sanitary; C.L.E.A.N.Works! program is followed
• Maintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieves high levels of customer and client satisfaction
• Ensures that all retail equipment works and is maintained properly, servery and office is organized
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Retail foodservice experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
