About the Opportunity
A local education organization is seeking a Payroll Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis to support a backlog of payroll and retirement reconciliation work. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Training will be provided on retirement reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process biweekly payroll for approximately 200 employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Assist with retirement reconciliations and related documentation (training provided)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and data entry
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and retirement
- Provide administrative support to HR leadership as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll or related experience
- ADP Workforce Now experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational and communication skills
