About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on HRBP / VP of HR to join our Senior Leadership team and build and scale the people function at Elite365. This isn't a policy-and-paperwork role. You'll be a trusted coach to our executive and C-suite leaders, the architect of our HR infrastructure, and the driver of how we develop talent across the organization. You'll operate at both the strategic and tactical level: shaping culture and designing systems one day, rolling up your sleeves to execute the work alongside your team the next.

This role will lead a small HR team, with oversight of our full HR function: Strategic HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a small HR team, with oversight of our full HR function: Strategic HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
• Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to executive and C-suite team members, supporting their growth and effectiveness as leaders
• Build core HR infrastructure from the ground up — job architecture, annual performance review processes, and commission plan design
• Drive and shape company culture as we scale across multiple brands and divisions
• Help lead the transformation of our six separate brands into one Elite365 Family of Brands
• Design and implement learning and talent development programs, including virtual/remote learning delivery
• Partner with leaders across our divisions to solve real-time people challenges — org design, performance, employee relations, and more
• Roll up your sleeves on hands-on HR execution; we're a mid-size organization with nominal HR resources, so this role spans big-picture strategy and day-to-day delivery
• Travel approximately 20% of the year to support our distributed teams

What You'll Need

• SHRM-CP certification required; SHRM-SCP preferred
• Demonstrated experience coaching and developing executive/C-suite leaders
• Track record building HR structure: culture initiatives, annual review cycles, job architecture, and commission plan design
• Experience designing and implementing learning and talent development programs, including virtual learning
• A hands-on, no-task-too-small mindset — comfortable operating without a large HR team or deep support resources
• Experience presenting to and working directly with a PE Firm with a formal board of directors
• Public speaking skills, via virtual platforms and in-person
• Willingness and ability to travel ~20% of the year

• Experience in the healthcare staffing industry
• Strong operational experience
• Financial acumen / comfort working with budgets
