HR / Business Office Coordinator
Position Summary
The HR / Business Office Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for human resources, employee records, payroll coordination, office administration, and day-to-day business operations. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and records.

Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new-hire paperwork.

Coordinate employee orientation, training, and required documentation.

Track attendance, leave, timekeeping, and employee information.

Assist with payroll preparation and resolve payroll-related questions.

Maintain HR databases and ensure employee information is current.

Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.

Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, and other business documents.

Handle general office administration, including filing, scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.

Process invoices, purchase orders, expense documentation, and other business-office paperwork as assigned.

Assist management with compliance documentation and internal procedures.

Respond professionally to employee, customer, vendor, and management inquiries.

Maintain confidentiality of employee, financial, and business information.

Perform other administrative and business duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Previous HR, administrative, payroll, or business-office experience preferred.
- Must have Point Click Care in health care experience. Experience with resident trust and Medicare and Medicaid billing.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business software.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently while also supporting a team.

Physical/Work Requirements

Ability to work in a standard office environment.

Reports To
Business Manager, HR Manager, Office Manager, or designated supervisor.
