Springs Window Fashions (SWF) is seeking a Human Resources Manager - Operations to own and execute the site HR plan for the Middleton, WI manufacturing facility and the Hialeah, FL plant by delivering proactive, approachable service to associates, leaders, and external providers. Build trusted relationships, anticipate workforce needs, and lead associate relations, staffing, recognition, communication, Best Experience culture support, training and development, labor relations, compliance, performance management, workforce planning, and HR budget activities to strengthen associate experience, labor stability, and operational continuity. 

What You'll Do 

Lead Associate Relations 

Be the trusted advisor to leaders and employees by providing guidance on: 

• Employee relations matters 

• Policy interpretation and compliance 

• Coaching, counseling, and performance improvement 

• Progressive discipline processes 

• Audits, investigations, and regulatory compliance 

• Conflict resolution and workplace issue management
• You'll play a critical role in maintaining a positive employee experience while supporting operational continuity.  

Drive Talent Acquisition & Onboarding 

Partner with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent by: 

• Managing recruitment and requisition processes 

• Supporting candidate sourcing and selection 

• Coordinating with staffing partners 

• Facilitating interviews and hiring decisions 

• Delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees
• Help ensure we bring the right talent into the organization and position them for long-term success. 
• Experience managing an RPO partnership   

Champion Employee Engagement & Culture 

Create meaningful experiences that strengthen our workplace culture: 

• Lead employee recognition programs and engagement activities 

• Facilitate Voice of the Associate and pulse survey initiatives 

• Convert employee feedback into actionable improvement plans 

• Support leadership development and performance management efforts 

• Foster a workplace where employees feel heard, respected, and valued
• You'll be instrumental in advancing our Best Experience culture and driving employee satisfaction.  

Support Workforce Planning & Business Performance 

Partner with operational leaders to: 

• Align staffing levels with business needs 

• Support headcount and workforce planning 

• Monitor HR metrics and scorecards 

• Manage HR budgets and event expenses 

• Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Your insights will directly influence decision-making and organizational performance.

Requirements

What You'll Bring 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field 

• At least 5 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment 

• Experience supporting employee relations activities 

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, case management and compliance requirements 

• Experience with coaching, counseling, performance management, and progressive discipline 

• Knowledge of workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and HR systems 

• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills 

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency 

• Background in HR leadership, HR business partnering, or senior HR generalist roles 

• Experience supporting audits, negotiations and employee relations
