Assists Director of Human Resources in implementing an effective recruiting screening, hiring, orientation and onboarding program in assigned area as directed.
Assists Director of Human Resources with human resources related administrative tasks as directed.
Assists management, support and field staff with human resources related questions and concerns.

Specific Duties:

Responsible for assists Director of Human Resources in ensuring that operation is in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and ordinances particularly those related to human resources activates.
Responsible for assisting Director of Human Resources in implementing an effective recruiting screening, hiring, orientation and onboarding program in assigned area as directed.
Responsible for assisting Director of Human Resources with human resources related administrative tasks as directed.
Responsible for assisting management, support and field staff with human resources related questions and concerns.
Demonstrates complete knowledge, understanding and compliance of company policies and procedures.
Ensure security of buildings, vehicles, equipment, medications and all other company property.
Ensures the security of all company computer systems by adhering to security procedures and utilizing appropriate passwords policies.
Receives and resolves any field crew questions, concerns or issues regarding pay, benefits or other personnel issues.
Responsible for oversight, security and maintenance of employee files in accordance with company policy all local, state and federal regulations and ordinances.
Maintains security and privacy of all confidential and proprietary company information at all times in accordance with company policy.
Maintains security and privacy of all company and patient information at all times in accordance HIPPA and all other local, state and federal regulations.
Acts at all times with his/her personal safety in mind, as well as the safety of others.
Reports to assigned shifts on time, properly groomed and dressed on time unless the proper notification has been made. Remains on-duty until properly relieved.
At all times sets an example of professionalism and leadership for others to follow.
Assures all company goals, objectives and procedures are followed on a daily basis.
Performs other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:

Must have ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must have solid verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently on a broad variety of projects.
Must be willing to work additional hours to meet tight deadlines when needed.
Must be punctual and able to meet deadlines as assigned.
Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office software packages.
Minimum of two years human resources experience.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
