Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, recordkeeping, and employee inquiries
- Assist with recruiting efforts such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases
- Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and attendance tracking for warehouse staff
- Support compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations
- Serve as a point of contact for warehouse employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives and warehouse communications
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HR, administrative support, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Available to work part-time hours with flexibility as needed
