HR Advisor - Remote (PAC, MST or CST) - Consultant

The HR Advisor position provides generalist support for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. In this role, you join a high energy and collaborative team that is dedicated to providing end-to-end HR support to our global workforce for all of their HR needs. This is long term, ongoing W2 contract, 100%25 work from home, must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone (Central time zone will also be considered).   

Two shifts available: 

• Saturday - Wednesday 
• Thursday - Monday 

Hours: Weekday 8AM-5PM pacific; Saturday and Sunday 7AM-3:30PM Pacific  (must be willing to work these hours)

• Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR’s services and offerings including, but not limited to:  benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.
• Deliver world class care experiences that helps our employees get back to doing the best work of their lives
• Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience
• Partner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience
• Deliver personalized care experiences and effective partnership through multiple modes of communication to include chat/phone/case work
• Coach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
• Adept at coaching people leaders and employees
• Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment
• Continuous improvement mind-set
• Comfortable with heavy use of technology
• Work hours are normal business hours with expectation for periodic overtime

Nice to have: 
•    Ability to communicate in French or Hebrew
•    Experience with ServiceNow
