Housekeeping Supervisor - P/T

Holiday Inn Express Loma Linda is hiring a P/T Housekeeping Supervisor which ensures every room reflects the quality and care the Hotels. You lead your crew to Soar to Success by maintaining our Wings of Excellence in every guest space.

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that rooms and public areas meet the Hotels’ standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation. This leadership role is key to motivating the housekeeping team and ensuring consistent performance across shifts.

***This is a Part-Time position but additional hours may be available in other positions.  

Key Responsibilities Include:  

Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct daily room inspections to ensure brand and Hotel's standards are met.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory control, and ordering of supplies.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members regularly.

Guest & Operational Excellence

• Ensure all guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are cleaned and maintained to standard.
• Address guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate closely with front desk and maintenance teams for room readiness and repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or management coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
• Active role requiring walking, lifting, and room inspections throughout the day.
• Professional appearance required per the Hotel's standards.
