Job DetailsJob Location: CO Littleton 80127 12229 - Littleton, CO 80127Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $55,000.00 Salary/yearFairfield Inn & Suites located in Littleton, Colorado is looking for a thorough Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. This position will supervise the cleanliness and the appearance of guest accommodations and public space and see that all personnel performing housekeeping operations carry out their assignments in accordance with established standards. Responsible for all housekeeping problems, supplies, linen, equipment, work orders to Maintenance Staff and any other duties as assigned or required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following.
Promotes Company Mission, Vision and Core Values.
Makes up morning work assignments to ensure all areas of building are properly maintained in accordance with cleanliness standards.
Supervises the activities of all other housekeeping staff engaged in all types of the hotel cleaning operation. Maintains company productivity standards.
Trains, assigns, and schedules department personnel. Checks the quality of work performed and makes appropriate corrections and changes as necessary.
Handles guest complaints concerning housekeeping service or refers problems to management for adjustment.
Requisitions uniforms and supplies.
Supervises the testing of new products for the housekeeping department.
Notifies maintenance of any needed repairs.
Personally inspect at least 8 rooms daily to ensure cleanliness standards are being met.
Helps guests and employees in every way possible when called upon and does it willingly and pleasantly.
Lists and itemizes lost and found items.
Checks any vacant rooms for condition and possible occupancy, reporting any discrepancies to Management.
Check rooms to ensure that lights are working properly. Inspects for needed repairs, such as, wallpaper and painting needs, etc.
Supervises the keeping of all storage areas and linen rooms in a clean and satisfactory condition, as well as, stocked with needed items.
Reports and delivers valuable items to the Manager's Office as early as possible after a guest has checked out.
Responsible for All linens, blankets, and room supplies; equipment, vacuums, washing machines, dryers, etc.
Adheres to all company policies & procedures & brand standards.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

QualificationsQualifications/Requirements
Must have extensive knowledge of hotel housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
Must have the ability to lift, bend, move heavy equipment, and remain on one's feet for extended periods of time.
Must have good communication skills, Spanish speaking skills a plus.
Must be team oriented and dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that the brand’s highest standards are met. Each team member is considered a salesperson for the property.
Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
Any hotel employee may be asked to use their personal vehicle for business purposes at any time.
