Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
TECHNICAL
• Performs tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable, and sanitary environment for all residents, staff, and visitors according to established policies and procedures.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Attends meetings and in-services as required.
- Reports problems and needs to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Maintains written records and documents of services performed according to Federal, State, and Corporate requirements.
- Participates in assigned meetings and in-services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and speak English for business necessity.
- Prior experience in a Long long-term care preferred.
CONSUMER SERVICE
- Presents a professional image to consumers through dress, behavior, and speech.
- Adheres to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
- Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.

We are a level 4 trauma center with an excellent reputation and board-certified emergency physicians. We offer specialized treatment through our Cancer Institute, Wound Clinic, Joint Replacement, Physical Therapy Center, Pioneers Health Center and Calexico Health Center. Within the Phyllis Dillard Family Medical Center is a duo surgery suite for obstetrical and gynecological surgeries. There are 14 suites in our Perinatal Department within the Women’s Center and we deliver approximately 1,800 babies per year.
