As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be our ultimate quality champion and the final line of defense. In this detail-driven role, you will meticulously inspect guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every corner meets our premium brand standards and signing off on rooms so they are perfectly ready for a great stay.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure rooms are properly set up, including bed linens, bathroom fixtures, and amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist the housekeeping team, maintain stock of supplies, and ensure tasks are completed to standards.
• Monitor guest feedback related to cleanliness and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel cleanliness standards.

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and hotel operations software.
