Your Role

As an Environmental Services Assistant, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere throughout our community. Your work directly supports resident satisfaction and helps ensure a positive experience for everyone who enters our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and hallways
• Complete daily housekeeping tasks according to community standards
• Follow infection prevention and sanitation guidelines
• Identify and address environmental concerns promptly
• Interact respectfully with residents, family members, and visitors
• Contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment for residents and staff

Schedule

Current opening includes:

• Every other weekend
• One weekday shift each week

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, custodial services, environmental services, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Ideal candidates will:

• Be dependable and punctual
• Take pride in producing quality work
• Have strong attention to detail
• Enjoy working with older adults
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional conduct
• Work well independently and as part of a team
