Experience in an upscale or first-class hospitality environment is a plus, but a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to excellent service are what matter most.

Weekend Availability Required 

This is a weekend-focused position. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts each weekend.

Available shifts include:

AM and PM 

• Friday: 8:00AM - 4:30PM and 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Saturday: 8:00AM - 4:30PM and 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Sunday: 9:00AM - 5:30PM and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

You must be available to work at least two of these three shifts each weekend. Reliable weekend availability is essential for this position.

What You’ll Do 

As a Housekeeper, you’ll help keep our guest rooms and hotel spaces looking their absolute best. Your day may include:

• Making guest rooms shine—from windows and doors to furniture, fixtures, closets, and everything in between.
• Creating fresh, inviting bathrooms by cleaning tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, walls, and fixtures.
• Refreshing guest rooms with clean towels, soaps, amenities, literature, hangers, blankets, pillows, and other supplies.
• Cleaning and caring for guest room floors.
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, wall hangings, vents, and those hard-to-reach corners.
• Stripping and making beds with fresh linens to give every guest that “just checked in” feeling.
• Checking under beds, between mattresses, and throughout closets to make sure every detail is guest-ready.
• Spotting and reporting maintenance or housekeeping concerns to the Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Greeting and interacting with guests and team members with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Arriving on time, in proper uniform, and ready to make the day a little brighter for our guests.
• Jumping in on special projects and other duties as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• A high school graduate or have an equivalent qualification
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests and coworkers
• Detail-oriented and proud of a job well done
• Familiar with basic guest service and hospitality standards
• Available to work a minimum of 2 weekend shifts
• Available for the required Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday evening shifts
• Comfortable working evening and late-night hours
• Comfortable following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations
• Able to stay active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and carrying
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds independently and more than 50 pounds with assistance
• Able to provide reliable transportation to and from work
• Ready to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive workplace

This position requires a pre-employment background check and drug test prior to employment.

Regular and predictable attendance is required. Employees are expected to arrive on time, in proper uniform, and maintain a neat and professional appearance.
