Position Summary: LiveWell Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time or Full-Time PM Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our residential and commercial properties during evening hours. There is flexibility in hours once training is complete. This role plays a key part in ensuring that shared spaces are clean, sanitized, and ready for residents, tenants, and staff each day. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 • Perform daily cleaning of common areas, offices, and amenities, including floors, restrooms, and shared spaces.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floor surfaces; perform periodic deep cleaning as needed.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.

• Remove trash and recycling from interior areas and transport to designated disposal locations.

• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces in common areas.

• Perform light apartment turnover cleaning as needed.

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor machines.

• Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with company industry best practices and company policies.

• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damage.

• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with residents and team members.

Skills and Educational Requirements:

 • Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and chemical safety.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Physical demands - To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50–75 pounds occasionally.

• Operate cleaning tools and equipment safely.

• Work indoors and occasionally outdoors in varying conditions.

• Reach, climb stairs, and access different areas of the property.

The pay range for this role is:

20.00 - 20.00 USD per hour.
