The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is currently hiring a PRN Night Shift Nursing Supervisor to join our team of dedicated professionals.

The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is a 156-bed private behavioral health system located on 13 acres in the Greenville, South Carolina Area. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practive and hospital policy, goals and objectives. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure that all staff members deliver care in accordance with the Standards of Care and Practice 
• Monitor that staff are implementing policies and procedures and act as a resource to the staff
• Assist in developing staffing schedules in accordance with patient acuity and staffing grid
• Continually evaluate the activities, morale and interpersonal relationships of the program staff and promote methods to improve these areas
• Assist in providing supervision and direction in accordance with Nursing Department's
  goals and objectives to all nursing staff and conducts disciplinary actions where indicated.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Education:  RN License Required 

South Carolina registered nurse license with current registration required. Multi-state license with South Carolina included in the compact is also acceptable.

Experience:  A minimum of one to three (1-3) years experience required, prefer experience in a psychiatric health-care facility. 

Work Hours: Night shift: 7:00pm-7:30am
