The House Attendant supports the housekeeping team by maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. They are responsible for transporting laundry, stocking supplies, and identifying maintenance issues.
Job Description

The House Attendants are the ultimate support team for the Room Attendants and other members of the Housekeeping team.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms, hallways, and other areas of the hotel
- Supporting Room Attendants with their routine by stripping beds, removing & replacing linen, emptying wastebaskets, stocking supplies, etc
- Transport linen carts with clean laundry from laundry room to storage room of each floor
- Clean and organize items stored in laundry room, supply/storage closets, linen room, and/or uniform room
- Identify and report preventative maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience a plus
