SUMMARY: Provide support to the school’s advisors and Activities Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following tasks describe the basic functions of the job. The following frequencies and percentage of time spent are approximations only.
- Maintain the Activities Department master schedule of all events and coordinate the schedule with Cherry Creek School District’s master schedule. [Daily, 20%]
- Schedule event management personnel and prepare event and/or activity space for participants. [Daily, 20%]
- Assist the Student Activities Administrator with tracking the department budget. [Daily, 20%]
- Complete purchase orders for signature. [Daily, 20%]
- Assist the Student Activities Administrator with required forms. [Daily, 15%]
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. [Daily, 5%]
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
- Basic interpersonal skills
- Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
All certifications, licenses, and registrations must be valid and unexpired.
