Hotel Room Service AM/PM

Order Delivery: Transport food and beverage trays or carts to guest rooms promptly.

In-Room Setup: Greet guests, set up the meal on a table or tray as requested, and explain menu items.

Order Accuracy: Check kitchen orders against guest receipts before leaving the service area.

Payment Processing: Handle cash, process credit cards, or charge meals directly to the guest's room account.

Area Maintenance: Clear and retrieve used trays, carts, and dishes from guest rooms and hallways.

Station Upkeep: Stock condiments, roll silverware, and clean the room service work station.

Qualifications: Qualifications & Requirements

Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, and lift or push weights up to 40–50 pounds.

Basic Math: Ability to handle transactions and calculate checks accurately.

Certifications: Valid local food handler card or alcohol service permit when required.

Flexibility: Availability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
