Host/Retail/Runner (Hawaii Kai)

About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member to help create a great guest experience from the moment people walk through the door to the moment their food arrives. This role is a mix of hosting, retail support, and food running, so it’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great service.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and manage the host stand with professionalism and aloha.
• Seat guests efficiently while balancing wait times and floor flow.
• Assist with retail sales, guest questions, and product support as needed.
• Run food accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests.
• Support servers and the rest of the front-of-house team during service.
• Help keep the dining room, host area, and guest-facing spaces clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership to support smooth service.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and food handling procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, upbeat attitude and strong guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Clear communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Ability to stand, walk, carry trays, and move quickly during shifts.
• Previous hospitality, retail, or food service experience is helpful, but not required.
