About the Role:Ric's on 95th Sports Grill in Glendale, AZ is looking for a friendly and energetic Host to be the first face our guests see! Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience
- Manage waitlists, reservations, and seating charts to ensure efficient table turnover
- Communicate accurately with guests regarding wait times and table availability
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a friendly, professional manner
- Coordinate with servers and floor staff to maintain smooth front-of-house operations
- Answer incoming phone calls, take reservations, and respond to general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
Requirements:
- Previous hosting, customer service, or front-of-house restaurant experience preferred
- Outgoing, friendly personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the restaurant
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older (preferred)
