Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere

Manage dining room reservations and assist in arranging parties or special events

Coordinate guest seating arrangements and assist in managing dining room flow

Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution

Provide special services for diners celebrating special occasions

Maintain the front-of-house area, ensuring a neat and clean environment for guests and staff

Collaborate with the management team to assist with special events, as well as ad hoc tasks as needed

Ensure all guests receive an exceptional dining experience from start to finish

Assist with guest needs and help guide them through the menu, ensuring a seamless dining experience

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Prior experience as a Host or in a guest-facing role is preferred

Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus

A background in fine-dining or upscale-casual restaurants is a plus

Skills & Qualities:

Exceptional communication skills and a polished phone manner

Friendly, professional, and engaging personality with a passion for hospitality

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment

A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a high-energy setting

Professional demeanor and ability to interact with guests in a courteous and respectful manner

Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to an excellent guest experience
