Job Details: Job Location: MCBCo Pizza and Brewery - Kansas City, MO, Salary Range: $15.50 - $16.50Hourly, Martin City Pizza and Taproom is looking for a friendly and organized Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be our guests' first point of contact, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Assist with guest inquiries and coordinate with servers and kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus.
A positive attitude and a passion for great service.
Must be 18 years or older.
