What You’ll Do

Keep the Day Moving

• Help keep the restaurant running smoothly during daily operations. 
• Serve guests at the Front Counter, Drive-Thru, and Dining Room.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep your area clean, organized, stocked, and ready for guests.
• Work with urgency while maintaining high standards for hospitality and accuracy.
• Jump in wherever you’re needed to help the team succeed.

Create an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude.
• Provide Second Mile Service to both guests and Team Members.
• Look for opportunities to make someone's day better.
• Represent our restaurant vision in every interaction.
• Help create an environment where guests feel valued and cared for.

Be a Great Teammate

• Communicate and collaborate with Team Members and Leaders.
• Respond quickly to the needs of the operation.
• Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, works hard, and enjoys being around people.

The ideal candidate is:

• 16+ and available primarily during morning and afternoon hours.
• Someone looking for a strong daytime work opportunity.
• 6 am–5 PM availability is preferred.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up ready to work.
• Energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Friendly, positive, polite, and organized.
• A strong team player who enjoys working with others.
• Willing and eager to learn new skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with Team Members and Leaders.
• Someone who takes initiative and can be trusted to get the job done.
• Passionate about serving others and creating an excellent guest experience.

No previous restaurant experience? No problem. We’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
