We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and relationship-focused Hospitality & Engagement Director to create meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents while fostering a warm, welcoming community atmosphere.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building connections, planning events, engaging with seniors, and creating memorable experiences for residents, families, and visitors.

As our Hospitality & Engagement Director, you will:

Plan and lead engaging social, educational, recreational, and wellness programs.
Develop meaningful relationships with residents and learn their interests, preferences, and life stories.
Coordinate community events, family events, celebrations, outings, and special programs.
Create an exceptional hospitality experience for residents, families, guests, and prospective residents.
Build partnerships with local organizations, churches, schools, entertainers, and volunteers.
Support move-ins, tours, marketing events, and community outreach initiatives.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the community and actively engage with residents daily.
Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to enhance resident satisfaction and quality of life.

QualificationsPreferred Qualifications

Experience in senior living, hospitality, activities, life enrichment, event planning, recreation, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to participate in community outings and events as needed.
