Hospitalist Nocturnist Part-Time

About this role:

We are searching for a Nocturnist interested in joining an inpatient team rotating at Utah Valley Hospital in a part-time capacity.

• This position includes a $7,500 starting bonus, relocation assistance (determined by distance), and a Value Recognition Payment up to $10,000 annually based on meeting quality goals, thoughtful stewardship of our healthcare system, and achieving high standards in performance reviews as they relate to citizenship.

• This is a great opportunity to provide direct inpatient care with the assistance of a nurse coordinator

• Hospitalist will be expected to participate in our teaching service to provide clinical education to residents and medical students.

• As a 501c3 organization, our caregivers are eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

• You will practice primarily at Utah Valley Hospital with regular rotations required at Spanish Fork Hospital, Orem Community Hospital, and with the Tele-Hospitalist service.

• This position includes six shifts per month, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired.

What you’ll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

• Successful residency training completion

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

• Current BLS Certification is required before the first day of employment

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$7.25 - $999.99
