Valet Parking Supervisor– Englewood, CO
Location: Multiple hospitality properties across Englewood
Potential Earnings: $20.00+ per hour, including base pay and tips
Base Pay: $15.50 per hour (Depending on property)
Job Type: Full-time and part-time
Schedule: Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
The stated base-pay rate or range represents the hourly wage PMC reasonably expects to pay for this position upon hire. The specific starting rate will be determined within the posted range based on the property assignment, relevant experience, qualifications, and schedule requirements.
Eligible employees may receive tips in addition to the stated base wage. Tips vary based on hours worked, property assignment, guest volume, service performance, and customer interactions. Tips and total earnings are not guaranteed

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring a dependable and service-focused Valet Parking Supervisor to help lead daily valet operations throughout the city.
You will coordinate vehicle flow, supervise valet attendants, assist guests, and support the Account Manager in maintaining a safe, organized, and professional operation. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership and customer-service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What You’ll Do
- Help supervise daily valet operations and employee performance.
- Coordinate vehicle flow, traffic control, key organization, and staging areas.
- Assign responsibilities and provide clear direction to valet attendants.
- Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate operational updates.
- Monitor attendance, breaks, schedules, uniforms, and grooming standards.
- Coach employees and promote teamwork, accountability, and professional service.
- Assist guests and resolve questions, concerns, or service issues.
- Monitor safe driving, vehicle handling, and key-control procedures.
- Complete incident reports and document vehicle-related concerns promptly.
- Set up valet equipment and ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
- Assist with reviewing time punches, tips, payroll information, and vehicle counts.
- Communicate staffing, safety, and operational concerns to management.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- No more than three moving violations within the past three years.
- Ability to pass applicable background and motor vehicle record checks.
- At least one year of supervisory, hospitality, valet parking, or customer-service experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a busy environment.
- Ability to coach employees and reinforce performance expectations.
- Availability to work assigned days, nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Ability to operate automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Previous leadership experience in valet parking, hotels, restaurants, parking operations, or customer service is strongly preferred.

The essential functions of this position may require standing and walking for extended periods; running or moving quickly when appropriate and safe; frequently entering and exiting vehicles; bending, reaching, and using stairs; lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds; and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Wage-and-Hour Compliance
This is a non-exempt position. PMC complies with applicable minimum-wage, overtime, meal-period, rest-period, and recordkeeping requirements. Employees will receive overtime and other required compensation in accordance with state and federal law.
PMC also maintains workers’ compensation coverage as required by law.
