If you like dedicating your time to a worthy cause, here’s an organization that is worth every minute - the Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. A few hours of your time can truly make a world of difference for our hospital, staff, patients and visitors. It’s a great way to make our community a better place to live and foster local pride.  

Who We Are:

The SGCMH Auxiliary is one of the largest service groups in the Ste. Genevieve area, with more than 175 members. Our membership is diverse, containing a mixture of ages, gender, occupations and backgrounds, all linked by our common desire to help serve those in need.

What We Do:

Our primary goal is to enhance patient care and support the hospital’s growth and expansion through fundraising and special service initiatives. We also support community programs that serve youth, elderly and needy families.

Volunteers may choose to serve in a wide variety of areas assisting patients, visitors and staff with weekday, weekend and evening hours available. It’s also a great opportunity to learn about the healthcare system in your community.

New Auxiliary members are always welcome. Training is provided.
