Summary
The Hospice LVN will provide direct hands-on care to patients and families during the transition of life. They will ensure the quality and safe delivery of hospice services and keep the Case Manager informed of all changes in condition.

Newport Hospice, is looking for dedicated health care professionals to join our ever-growing team!!!
Help our team provide compassionate care to the patients in our community offering the best care programs available in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Requirements of Hospice:
- Current LVN license in State of CA
- One year of experience preferred
- Experience in hospice preferred
Hospice LVN Duties Include:
- Service a range of patients and family during transition of life
- Ensure quality and safe delivery of Hospice services
- Implements current nursing practices and provide direct hands-on care within scope of practice
- Obtains orders as needed to promote comfort and quality of life
- Keep Case Manager informed of all changes in condition and orders obtained

Compensation: $45.00 - $225.00 per day
