Job Description
We are seeking a Per Diem / Part time LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse in the Los Angeles region to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned Hospice patients. Clinical experience is preferred and candidates with Hospice experience are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Skilled Nursing Care in a home or facility setting
- Ensure the appropriate use of meds, DME, and supplies
- Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
- Provide our patients and families the best care possible
- Travel is required when workin
Qualifications:
- Valid LVN License in California
- One year or more of experience in either Home Health or Hospice is preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in a hospice setting is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
