Position Overview
As a CNA in our hospice program, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, dignity, and support during end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provide comfort care and emotional support to patients and families
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Work closely with the hospice care team to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferredÂ
- Experience in hospice, home health, or long-term care preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
