Weekend Differential: $1.00 - $2.00

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part time and Full time CHHA Hospice Aides to provide personal care and support hospice patients while maintaining their dignity and quality of life.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Provide services which will consist of but are not limited to personal care of the patient, such as assisting patient:
- With care of mouth, skin, hair and bath or shower.
- To the bathroom or in using bedpan.
- In and out of bed and with ambulation.
- Assist with prescribed exercises.
- With medication that can be self-administered under specific written orders from the physician.
- Performing household services as are essential to the patient’s health.
- With re-learning household skills.
- With eating, preparing meals, including special diet for the patient.
- By reporting changes in the patient’s condition to the nurse.
Requirements:
- Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in the State of New Jersey.
- Hospice experience preferred, not required.
- Team player.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
- Must be a driver with own vehicle.
