HOMEOWNER SERVICES ATTENDANT

Cottonwood Palo Verde at Sun Lakes is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented on-going seasonal Homeowner Services Attendant from (October 1 - April 30) to join our team to work 28 hours per week. This position plays a key role in supporting our residents and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide front-line customer service to homeowners and residents
Assist with homeowner inquiries, requests, and general information
Prepare and maintain records using Microsoft Office programs
Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets
Process forms, documentation, and correspondence accurately
Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner
Maintain organized files and administrative records
Support various community departments as needed

Qualifications:

Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Outlook, and Excel spreadsheet proficiency is essential)
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
Ability to remain professional and composed when working with homeowners
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
Reliable and punctual
