Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community? Abernathy Home Care is looking for caring, dependable Homemakers to assist older adults with household tasks that allow them to continue living safely and independently in their own homes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others but does not provide hands-on personal care. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we'll build a schedule that fits your availability with clients in Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, and nearby communities.

What You'll Do

• Perform light housekeeping and household organization
• Laundry, folding clothes, and changing bed linens
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning
• Grocery shopping and other essential errands
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home
• Provide friendly companionship and conversation
• Encourage clients to remain active, engaged, and independent

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous homemaking, housekeeping, caregiving, hospitality, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
