Home Infusion Pharmacist

Position Summary

Responsible for provision of all facets of pharmaceutical care related to intravenous homecare patients.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (or higher)

Two years of experience in intravenous therapy in a hospital or in a home infusion setting that includes parenteral admixtures and patient clinical management.

Valid NC Pharmacist License

American Heart Association BLS required within 30 days of hire

Pay Range

$112070.40 - $163351.76

Shift Details:

40 hours per week 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. 

On call every third week for after hour calls
