About the Role: Liberty Nursing Agency Inc is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Infusion Nurse to join our team in Manasquan, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Administer intravenous (IV) medications, fluids, and therapies to patients in home settings
- Assess and monitor patient responses to infusion therapy and document clinical findings
- Insert, maintain, and troubleshoot peripheral and central venous access devices (PICC lines, ports)
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication management, and safety protocols
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage and restock infusion supplies and equipment for patient home visits
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum 1-2 years of infusion therapy, IV therapy, or related clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion, PICC line care, and central venous catheter management
- Strong knowledge of infusion medications, dosing protocols, and adverse reaction management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
- Excellent communication, time management, and independent problem-solving skills
- CPR/BLS certification required
